Today's Monday. After Flag Ceremony we went straight to our respective offices. It's our Last week to day so I plan to enjoy and to be of help as much as possible to the office. :3
I did some encoding. Being here and there. Haist medyo not feeling well ako for some reasons. OH NO am I may sick? Wag naman sana. : |

Today's back to the office and everyone is in a hectic mode. I just did what I have to do. We're going to BU for our presentation to the PA. But unfortunately Sir Sy is busy with other things so we need to come back tomorrow for our defense so we sent back to DOH to do the things we still need to do and thank GOD we did it.

This is our PA presentation day so we need to hurry things. I need to sign my evaluation papers and at the same time do the things that madam Susan ask me to do. Such a Hectic Day. :'(
Good Thing Ma'am Khemlani signed my evaluation since Ma'am Tricia and Ma'am Susan are not in the office. We're also going to BU for our defense.

Reflection
Reflection
On my 4 months of OJT here in Department of Health - Center for Health Development - Bicol I learned so much. I learned that school and work are two different environments. I learned how serious work is.
I learned how to use the printers, answer phone calls, do clerical work and learning how to use the scanner, but apart from that I also learn how the values of work. In work you have to be dedicated, hard working and always do you're job well. Here you have to do good. You have to work fast because everything has to meet deadlines. I gained knowledge of how a real job would be. I learned that in work you have to learn to multitask and think outside the box or rather go out of your comfort zone. You are not just sticking to the job that you should do you, you have to learn to do things aside form your position.
Work is much serious stuff than school. I gained a lot of experience in OJT.

After time in we attended the flag ceremony and since we don't have things to do, We just prepared ourselves for the upcoming defense tomorrow. We still have things to settle and things to do. I hope we really do good.

Tuesday
We went to DOH for time in and prepared for defense. We also checked if our blogs are updated. After that Jeic's group went to BU while we checked our system if its functioning well. Which is a good thing because I missed one page in eis. Then we have to make a sacrifice because it's raining really hard and we have to go to BU for a defense. We we're wet when we arrived in BU. The defense went well. We learned that we are at 65%, not bad. now we need 35% more to complete the system. Hope we can do it. Also we have another defense this coming week for our PA.

Today's Wednesday, I went to the office and was about to start at our system when I was filed with a lot of work. I was ask to change the name in the payroll which by the way is so many. I finished during the afternoon. It's a good thing Sir Cy is helping me and giving me snacks. :) I also need to review for our Civil Service Exam this coming Sunday. Wish me luck!

Today's Thursday and it's raining really hard and it's cold here in the office. I'm helping with encoding papers, photocopying papers and many more. The usual things I do here. I have to review for the civil service exam. I did some routing here and there. Kahit saan-saan na lang ako pinapapunta eh, pero that's okay naman. Pinagbura din ako ng panaglan ng ARD sa mga payroll kasi wrong yun. hahaha. XD Pinalitan ko lahat. Hello white-out. :)
I was also given advice on which work to take if government or not by Madam Khemlani. Which I really appreciate :)

Today's Friday and there isn't a lot of people here in the office. At 9 something I went out to help Ian with his system because there was an error. (Feeling expert :p) Then went back to help with anything they ask but to my surprise no one is to be seen in the office so I just studied for my upcoming exam. Good luck to me anyway. So my whole day would be studying.

Today's Saturday still here in DOH for OJT. Nothing to do much. We help in evacuating the things in the IT Unit to the radio room for renovation. Then we studied for the civil service exam. Hope we pass. :3

Another Monday morning here at DOH - CHD V. The usual things happened like flag ceremony, General Assembly. After Flag Ceremony I went straight to HRDU Office to do some programming. I have to finish DCS for our 70% defense next week. People are busy here at the office so there isn't much work to do. :))

It's the first day of October. And I'm trying to figure out the DCS functions and I'm not getting it. I quit! I give up! >.<
But I'll try again :/
During the afternoon I was so busy so I kinda forgot that I still have DCS problem :p. I was helping Madam Arlene in the Dormitory. And I was doing some routing.

Today's a very hectic day. Since Madam Arlene is leaving for Manila to attend to her family. So I was sort of, somewhat in-charge of the Dormitory. Oh my Gulay!!!

So I have to check the participants in. I have to get their bills. I have to check if the rooms are alright.

And I still couldn't figure out the DCS.
Also we have problems regarding the number of hours we have. We still lack almost 3 days of work. So we talk to Madam Susan about our problems and tried to come up with the solution.

Good news naman tayo. May solusyon na for our problem regarding sa oras namin dito sa ojt. We have to extended our time up to 6. and we have to be here every saturday just to complete our time.

On the brighter view of things I finally get my DCS problem :3 with the help of my friends Jeic and Tay Japeh :) I finally solved it. :)) So I can move on with DCS and proceed to another problem. our defense. :(
By the way we will be having our defense on 8 next week at 2:21 - 2:40. Hope we do good. :)

Since kulang ang oras namin for the OJT. We have to go to OJT to make up for our time. Since the HRDU is closed we stayed in the IT unit and do the system. I also assisted the other office in printing some papers but it seems that the printer is broken. Yun lang ginawa namin buong maghapon. Meron din pala na interview na ganap at kung anu-ano pa. :)
Malapit na ang defense.

I'm sort of not feeling well today, but still i'm here in the office. I help Ma'am Arlene file some affiliations. Ma'am Susan is on travel. I also route some papers in different department like the BRBC, LHAPHS, Budget and I forgot one of the logbooks in the LHAPHS. I thought I lost it for real. TT-TT. I'm glad I found it. I'm not my usual self today. Hayyy. And now that I'm done and I don't have much to do here I'll just code what I need to code.

Today's Friday and I'm here at the office. I have to re - print the affiliations I just finished last Wednesday because I got the date wrong on the bottom part which by the way is 19 pages. I think its a waste of bond paper we can use white outs you know. I also make an endorsement letter for the Memorandum of Agreement also known to us as "MOA" and after that paper works. . .

Not nearly finished but getting there. We have to at least reach 30 or 50 % of the system for our defense on Oct 14 - 18. Still a lot to do and a lot to think about. Hmmmmm. Can we do this? Hahahaha. Of course we can.

We were 5 minutes late. I forgot that I have work to do. I sorted out all the Course Design from January - June now I'm in the month of April and I hope I can finished up June by tomorrow. (*/\*).
It's so stressing. And also our system is still on the processes. I hope I can manage this multitasking.

It's the last day of the week. Wew!! Still doing with the system here. We still are going to discuss if were going to use CodeIgniter or stick to what we started. If I were to state my opinion we should use the method were most comfortable with. CodeIgniter is also okay with me but with our limited time, I really have no idea if we can do it.
