Today's Monday. After Flag Ceremony we went straight to our respective offices. It's our Last week to day so I plan to enjoy and to be of help as much as possible to the office. :3
I did some encoding. Being here and there. Haist medyo not feeling well ako for some reasons. OH NO am I may sick? Wag naman sana. : |

Today's back to the office and everyone is in a hectic mode. I just did what I have to do. We're going to BU for our presentation to the PA. But unfortunately Sir Sy is busy with other things so we need to come back tomorrow for our defense so we sent back to DOH to do the things we still need to do and thank GOD we did it.

This is our PA presentation day so we need to hurry things. I need to sign my evaluation papers and at the same time do the things that madam Susan ask me to do. Such a Hectic Day. :'(
Good Thing Ma'am Khemlani signed my evaluation since Ma'am Tricia and Ma'am Susan are not in the office. We're also going to BU for our defense.

Reflection
Reflection
On my 4 months of OJT here in Department of Health - Center for Health Development - Bicol I learned so much. I learned that school and work are two different environments. I learned how serious work is.
I learned how to use the printers, answer phone calls, do clerical work and learning how to use the scanner, but apart from that I also learn how the values of work. In work you have to be dedicated, hard working and always do you're job well. Here you have to do good. You have to work fast because everything has to meet deadlines. I gained knowledge of how a real job would be. I learned that in work you have to learn to multitask and think outside the box or rather go out of your comfort zone. You are not just sticking to the job that you should do you, you have to learn to do things aside form your position.
Work is much serious stuff than school. I gained a lot of experience in OJT.

After time in we attended the flag ceremony and since we don't have things to do, We just prepared ourselves for the upcoming defense tomorrow. We still have things to settle and things to do. I hope we really do good.

Tuesday
We went to DOH for time in and prepared for defense. We also checked if our blogs are updated. After that Jeic's group went to BU while we checked our system if its functioning well. Which is a good thing because I missed one page in eis. Then we have to make a sacrifice because it's raining really hard and we have to go to BU for a defense. We we're wet when we arrived in BU. The defense went well. We learned that we are at 65%, not bad. now we need 35% more to complete the system. Hope we can do it. Also we have another defense this coming week for our PA.

Today's Wednesday, I went to the office and was about to start at our system when I was filed with a lot of work. I was ask to change the name in the payroll which by the way is so many. I finished during the afternoon. It's a good thing Sir Cy is helping me and giving me snacks. :) I also need to review for our Civil Service Exam this coming Sunday. Wish me luck!

Today's Thursday and it's raining really hard and it's cold here in the office. I'm helping with encoding papers, photocopying papers and many more. The usual things I do here. I have to review for the civil service exam. I did some routing here and there. Kahit saan-saan na lang ako pinapapunta eh, pero that's okay naman. Pinagbura din ako ng panaglan ng ARD sa mga payroll kasi wrong yun. hahaha. XD Pinalitan ko lahat. Hello white-out. :)
I was also given advice on which work to take if government or not by Madam Khemlani. Which I really appreciate :)

(Feeling expert :p) Then went back to help with anything they ask but to my surprise no one is to be seen in the office so I just studied for my upcoming exam. Good luck to me anyway. Another Monday morning here at DOH - CHD V. The usual things happened like flag ceremony, General Assembly. After Flag Ceremony I went straight to HRDU Office to do some programming. I have to finish DCS for our 70% defense next week. People are busy here at the office so there isn't much work to do. :))

During the afternoon I was so busy so I kinda forgot that I still have DCS problem :p. I was helping Madam Arlene in the Dormitory. And I was doing some routing.

Today's a very hectic day. Since Madam Arlene is leaving for Manila to attend to her family. So I was sort of, somewhat in-charge of the Dormitory. Oh my Gulay!!!

Since kulang ang oras namin for the OJT. We have to go to OJT to make up for our time. Since the HRDU is closed we stayed in the IT unit and do the system. I also assisted the other office in printing some papers but it seems that the printer is broken. Yun lang ginawa namin buong maghapon. Meron din pala na interview na ganap at kung anu-ano pa. :)
Malapit na ang defense.

I'm sort of not feeling well today, but still i'm here in the office. I help Ma'am Arlene file some affiliations. Ma'am Susan is on travel. I also route some papers in different department like the BRBC, LHAPHS, Budget and I forgot one of the logbooks in the LHAPHS. I thought I lost it for real. TT-TT. I'm glad I found it. I'm not my usual self today. Hayyy. And now that I'm done and I don't have much to do here I'll just code what I need to code.

If I were to state my opinion we should use the method were most comfortable with. CodeIgniter is also okay with me but with our limited time, I really have no idea if we can do it.

Continuing where we left off. With the help of mysql workbench we our finishing the database of our system. There's a lot of things that is need to be clarified.

Today I helped Ma'am Tricia count papers and separate the client satisfactory survey (the satisfied and not satisfied). They also told me to bring a sweater because its really cold in the office. Yeah I've been meaning to bring a jacket but I always forget it. (^.^)7
I'll try bringing one tomorrow. :DDD
Back to my daily work. I'm also trying to refresh my memory about the processes of our system and I cant seem to find the error on mt datatable.

Its a hectic day here in the office. Everyone is busy and I try not to get in the way and I also help as much as I can. ISO is coming that's why the people our in the busy mode. Everyone's checking and re-checking their documents.

We attended the flag ceremony and after that we (our groupmates) discuss the things we need to discuss about our system. I also get to roam around the DOH because I was asked to do some receiving of papers :p

Today is the start of the "National Hospital Week". \(*o*)/
There was a parade but we didn't get the chance to attend it but we attended the Flag Ceremony and since its Hospital Week there's no General Assembly. I'm still doing some research for our system. How to maintain the security of the users.

Monday ulit. Flag Ceremony. Tapos General Assembly. Di na nga ako umattend kasi baka makatulog ako.

Dinodouble check ko yung ginawa ako. At inaayos din ang log in page namin. Sumasagot ng riring ang phone kasi busy ang mga tao sa office. Nag eencode din pag may time. Whooo! Multitasking lang ako. Ako na ang nag mumultitask.
Pagdating ng hapon same gawain. Tapos biglang earthquake drill. Waaaaah!! Duck and Cover lang. Tapos labas ng office. Pagkalabas wala naman nangyari. Tapos may snacks.

Tapos balik ulit sa dating gawin. At di ko maayos aming log in. Why? oh Why?

We attended the Flag Ceremony and General assembly of all employee. And by the time it was finished it was almost lunch time. During the afternoon we excused ourselves to make some preparations for the upcoming defense.

Since we haven't that enough time to finished the needed things for the proposal defense we didnt go to our OJT to finish our chapters for some revisions. After we finished it, we went to BU, to Mr. Christian Sy to pass chapters 1 - 3 and appointment letters and all the things needed to be passed.

Today is Friday and its our Proposal Defense at 11:00 - 12:00. We edited our erd. By 11:15 I think we started our defense and it went well I can tell. We had so much fun on our defense. Discussing the objectives and scopes. We have to change our title and revise our scopes.

Monday
We arrived early at DOH and had our daily signing in the biometrics. We attended the flag ceremony and after that we attended the General Assembly with the other employees. The Director Gloria Balboa was there too. The meeting ended at 10:45 am. When I went to my assigned department I faced the assignment given to me last friday. I checked the RHMPP's passed requirements and finished it that afternoon.

Today's Tuesday and we just do our normal routine here in DOH. We logged in the Biometrics and went to our department. I presented the system that I'm doing to Madam Susan, not thesis but a sideline system that she requested. I hope I finished it before Ieave. And also we are preparing for our upcoming defense next Friday July 19.

I log in the biometrics and went straight to the HRDU to start my work. Moments later Mrs. Susan arrived and ask how was i doing. She made me ask to make a MOA for Mrs. Gladys Escote and had me print it. I had trouble with the printer but the staff help me on operating the machine. Thanks po :))

We arrived kind of late today but it was only a minute late. Still have a lot of things to do. Mrs. Tricia Barozo interviewed me about the system that Mrs. Susan is asking me to do and ask if I can handle doing it at the same time doing the system for our thesis. I told her that I told Madam Susan that I am not that entirely sure if I can finished the system she(Madam Susan) is asking me to do but will certainly do my best to finish it while also doing out thesis. I also encoded a certain paper for Mrs. Susan and just finished it today. :)))

Its Friday!!! Thank goodness :))) I just did my usual routine. Nothing new :)) I'm nearly finish with the individual assignment that Ms. Susan give me. I was inspired in doing it so, I'm so HAPPY. For the 1st time we were called up in the intercom by Mrs. Tricia Barozo for a pictorial in the waiting area of DOH :) It was fun. And we also attended the flag retreat with the other employees. And that ended my week as a OJT. Next week naman :))

1st day - 3rd day :)
During our 1st day we attended the flag ceremony just like all the employees of the DOH and attended a General Assembly. We had our orientation with Mrs. Susan Rivera at the HRDU. We had an agreement that our time will be 8:00am - 5:00 pm. The Librarian Mrs. Salve Khemlani conducted(? :P) a tour of the DOH. then we had our place of assignment. We also have out finger prints on the biometrics for the first time :)
During the 2nd day log in the biometrics. We were introduced to the different Heads and our future boss during our OJT. We were fetched by our "Boss". I'm assigned in the HRDU office. :) My "Boss" is Mrs. Susan Rivera she gave me an assignment to monitor all the resigned RNHEALS and RHMPP, and have the summary of the "Dropouts" monthly. @.@
